Repair a Broken BJD Ear - clay

my cat Bond tried to share a shelf with Aemhirdhin my LightFaery but being a none so graceful or small cat....
he knocked down my doll... and his ear broke

so Ive figured out a great way to repair breaks in BJDs made of clay... different than using 2 part apoxie

first just glue the parts together as tight as possible with a crazy glue... I prefer Gorilla glue for I find it is stronger
now if you leave it at this step... one you will always see the join even after its been painted... and its not very strong

so 2nd step... added some tissue/kneexe over the join wrap around in thin strips... soak in more crazy/gorilla glue. LET DRY!
this makes for a strong bond! but when you paint it... the tissue is gonna give alot of texture to the paint! which wont look good...
but dont worry the paint is sealing it for the next step
let paint dry!

paint with very thick incredibly tacky white glue smooth in all the textures... to get the white glue very smooth brush with plain water right after applying... the surface of the wet tacky glue will become very smooth!
LET DRY!

paint as normal.
